I am a Personal Chef specializing in cooking for those with food allergies, especially those who are Gluten-Free (allergic to wheat, barley and oats).  Food is my passion and cooking is my joy!  As a Foodie, I love dining out at all kinds of restaurants in the Phoenix, AZ area as long as the food is healthy and delicious. I enjoy the standard old-time favorites (Le Peep), the new casual digs (Breakfast Club), the high-end places for a special occasion (Elements, Tarbell's and Razz's) and all types of cuisine (especially Asian). I am a big fan of KXAM 1310 Culinary Confessions radio program. This is where I learn the most about the local Phoenix restaurant scene as well as the chefs and cookbook authors. I am also Gluten-free and love finding new places to eat. I love PF Changs and Pizza Picazzo. My final credit as a Foodie is my love of cooking and creating new recipes (all Gluten-free of course). I love sharing my cooking while dining with my friends too. One of my favorite treats is DARK CHOCOLATE! It's the best and my very favorite treat! Since I am gluten-free, I couldn't survive without Gluten-Free Creations bakery in Phoenix, AZ for all my bread, bagels, cookies, doughnuts, etc.  They are the best!
