UUUUUUUUUuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmm... I'm a culinary grad from Keystone College in PA. I'm not cooking proffessionally right now, just a little side trip n the industry isn't that great hese days ne way. I still love to cook at home and me n my husband tend to have opposite views of food so we come up with some great concoctions.
I LOVE Aguste Escoffier. Without him proffesional chefs would not have the excellent standards we today. One of my culinary dreams is to work in his footsteps at one of the many Ritz-Carltons. I also want to open my own wedding catering biz, but i'm not sure where.
I will try almost ne thing once but i am wary of raw meats and seafood (still can't get myself to eat anything tartar or seafood).
