A southern gentleman,from Aiken SC.,, 56 yo retired truck driver, ran a reefer, hauled produce, cheeses, and meats, to help feed America one truck load at a time..Raise horses and cook now, known as "The Hi-Tek Redneck" ,not much I can't fix or do, have a nice shop set-up,heck I know everything,sat 20 years inside a think tank, also my years in a truck,, has given me a great education in good things to eat,,and the wonderful people that put it together,, I have never met a great cook (chef),,that was ill ,depressed,withdrawn, just think about all the good cooks you know,,any sour apples in your history,my goal is to become an artisan baker,, working on my brick oven ,maybe that is why all those guys called me "Half-a-Bric" on the CB radio for so many years, can always use all the help i can get,,do you know a good phycologist?
