<font>Glenn is a food historian with extensive culinary training in Uzbekistan, Russia, Italy, and the USA. He co-founded the Culinary Academy of Austin and the Historic Foodways Group of Austin and currently serves as Vice President of Academic Affairs at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Miami.</font>
