Do I hate brussel Sprouts? It may seem odd to believe but I've never had them.

Bon Appit is a magzine that help me with a dish that had been dying to cook with.
What did I need help making as a inspired chef? Lamb is what I didn't know how to cook with.
Anyway the reciepe include this great dry red wine sauce (that I wasn't so fond of)
And trio of vegetable was I call it ( real name - Garland of Spring Vegetable)
The Lamb reciepe include a basic season such as salt/pepper, olive oil, herb sauce.
What else make slit in the lamb to place orange peel inside ...
