i have three wonderful kids ages 8, 4 and 2 and a wife who stands besides me always i love to cook for them and my friends. right now i am
working on learning the vast and varied styles of asian cooking.i am trying to learn thai cooking but it is rather complex in its flavors although i am loving it. i am looking forward to meeting you all and getting to know and learn from you. i hope that i might be a source that you can learn from as well.

hello to all,
i am wondering why it is we have become so afraid of a little fat in our diets. i am looking for a real jewish version of chicken liver pate but as of late all i can find is recipes that do not contain "smaltz" why is the world afraid of chicken fat. if you know of a true jewish recipe for chicken liver pate please send me a note or the whole recipe you would make me very happy.
