Pinckney: I think genetics has very little to do with taste preferences. Having watched my kid learn to eat I think it has to do with what you are fed. We like what we eat. We can grow to like other things. What could be genetic about eating soft, slippery somewhat slimy bivalaves like oysters. And I love the. I had to learn it, though. Maybe dairy is somewhat genetic because many of the worlds people can't digest it after a certain age, but that's not taste. Is it? comment left May 11 |
