JeanB: How about Shojin ryori, Japanese Temple cooking, in general? I worked on Soei Yoneda's "Good Food from a Japanese Temple" (Kodansha, 1982), and at the end of that process, we went to the Sanko-in Temple for a sumptuous vegan meal. comment left Jan 14, 2009 |
