	Cynthia: Usually, if I'm having a liverwurst sandwich, it's because I've stopped at Mars Cheese Castle on my way home from doing something in Wisconsin. They have amazing liverwurst (Wisconsin was settled largely by Germans, so wursts are a stable there), and they slice it quite thick (about half an inch) and put it on white bread with mayo and good, hearty mustard.
