DianeandtheBees: Except I think "borshch"! I think of my mother's and father's beet soups. Each of them made it differently. Both soups were delicious. When you put sour cream into them, they turned a psychedelic pink. Wonderful stuff on a cold winter day and accompanied by a piece of buttered rye bread. comment left Oct 06 |
