"Eat dessert first" - Jaque Torres

As a pastry chef my greatest passion is all things sugar, flour, chocolate, butter, and eggs. I love to cook as well put where savory cooking recipes are a blueprint to be used to ones advantage, a baking recipe is a science and must be followed. Coming up with new recipes is fun and in todays "over eating" unhealthy and all for convenience world, creating healthy desserts is a fun challenge.
