Foodsville's modern and comfortable Electronic Area Transit system (EAT) is at your service. EAT was established to make it easy for a resident to navigate through the various districts and neighborhoods of Foodsville. Each area of Foodsville relates to a different food interest, and by navigating through EAT, a user can travel to a specific destination or explore the bounty of our food community.

To see the EAT map click here or, on the wooden sign post on the left, find the picture of the Foodsville Map and click on it

Once you have the map open, you can navigate by using the arrows at the upper right to move left and right, up and down. By clicking on the rule below the arrows you can make the map bigger (towards the "+") or smaller (towards the "-"). You can also zoom in on one of the nine regions by clicking on the name of the region. You can try this by clicking on "Ethnic Neighborhood" in light brown at the far right hand bottom side of the map. This will bring the entire region into a larger size so that the various neighborhoods in Foodsville are easier to see. Click on a neighborhood name on EAT and you are on your way to experiencing one of the joys of Foodsville—its neighborhoods—through the miracle of modern transportation. If you haven't discovered this yet, Foodsville is divided into nine regions and 106 neighborhoods. Each neighborhood is filled with content only of interest to its residents. All other content is filtered out. The tabs at the top—"Books," "Articles," "Recipes," "Groups," and "Users"—will be filtered to reflect the neighborhood you are in. As an example, if you EAT to Turkish (hardly good grammar) and then go to the book tab for example, only books relating to Turkish cuisine will show in that window. EAT around to your heart's content and digest the different neighborhoods of Foodsville. When you are finished EATing, you can close the map by clicking the words "hide map" at the top of the map.
