Hello everyone,

Bon Appit is a magzine that help me with a dish that had been dying to cook with.

What did I need help making as a inspired chef?  Lamb is what I didn't know how to cook with.

Anyway the reciepe include this great dry red wine sauce (that I wasn't so fond of)

And trio of vegetable was I call it ( real name - Garland of Spring Vegetable)

The Lamb reciepe include a basic season such as salt/pepper, olive oil, herb sauce.

What else make slit in the lamb to place orange peel inside the lamb and start

cooking on the top of the stove and finish it off in the oven;  it was a great basic reciepes

I love it althought the orange peeled wasnt a big deal to me thought.

The Herb Sauce include butter, mint, tarrgon, and tarrgon vinger - It was also great

The Garland of Spring Vegetable consist of carrot, pea, turnips, snap pea, wasn't

my style so I decied to go with herb potato or even quarter some red potato to pour the sauce over

The red wine I didn't like it at all it was just bitter so at the moment I'm going to be looking aroung for a

more sweet wine to make with the sauce cause the dry red wine is just nasty

Overall I say the thing I will do different with the lamb is leave the orange peel off

The vegetable I just want do cause carrot / pea / turnip isnt something I like to eat

Potato is more my style whatever or however they are cook

The herb sauce I will not change anything about it ( but if I were to change something

It will be melt some cheese in the herb sauce with garlic as well - and leave the tarrgon vinger off

Overall I like the result of my Lamb althought I cook as it been my first time.   Anyone else has any
r

reciepe for me to try my hand with or any dish for that matter  reply by here or email me at prettygirll13@hotmail.com  anyway thank for barely with my long article.
